The Large TIPIS are perfect for Hen and Stag Parties as well as Family get togethers. They are situated in the bottom field which is about 100mtrs from the  owner's home on the edge of the pretty village of Wellow, famous for its May Pole. Park Farm provides the ideal base to visit all this popular area has to offer. Set off the main road down a track, close to Rufford Country Park, 2 miles from Centre Parcs and 4 miles from Robin Hood's Major Oak and visitors centre. Sherwood Forest and Clumber Park are close by whilst the village of Edwinstowe is just 4 miles away where Robin Hood married Maid Marian. The vibrant city of Nottingham is just 15 miles  away and the historic town of Newark is within 12 miles.  The vibrant city of Nottingham is only 15 miles away as is the historic town of Newark. There are excellent walks through Wellow Wood, which is a SSSI woodland area. Rufford Golf Course is only 2 miles away. Within the farm boundary we have made available for our guests enjoyment, stabling for your own horses or the use one of our horses, clay pigeon shooting and landrover off-roading.   Day fishing passes for the fishing pond just 50 yards away are also available. Local shops within 1 mile, pub 100 metres.

Ground floor:  Comes with a convent all in one Reception room, dining room and bedroom which easily sleeps six. The floors are covered with a scattering of rugs. There is no power so you will need to bring a torch. Although a generator can be hired for your stay.

Services: BBQ area and plenty of fresh air. Toilets and showers are also available at the main farm, There is a catering tent which can be made available, which contains all you will need for your camping stay. Pets are very welcome.  Week bookings start on Friday or monday, weekend bookings start on a Friday, arrival 3pm, departure Monday 10am. Mid week short break - arrive Monday 3pm, depart Friday 10am.
